BPX brings Quiterian DDWeb closer to the Polish bank sector

Business Partners eXcellence (BPX), member of the Quiterian Business Partner Network, organizes tomorrow, June 8, an event in Warsaw to introduce Quiterian’s advanced and predictive analytics solutions to the Polish banking sector

Los Angeles, June 7, 2011 – The Banking Club of Warsaw (Poland) will take in, on June 8 (from 9 am to 13 pm approximately), an event targeted at the entities that operate in the banking sector, where some of the main current Business Intelligence (BI) trends will be highlighted. Representatives from BPX and Quiterian will prove, through a product demonstration and a case study presentation, how Quiterian DDWeb can respond to the needs and problems of Polish banking entities, in addition to bringing them a clear competitive advantage, even during crisis periods.

This event is especially designed to show the professionals who work in the banking sector Quiterian’s business solutions, which are based on advanced and predictive techniques for business users who manage big volumes of data. Among them, e-banking professionals, call center directors, customer service departaments, IT directors, marketing and sales managers and CRM directors.

All the attendants will be able to check the analytical capabilities of the self-service and agile BI platform Quiterian DDWeb. A representative of BPX will be in charge of introducing and commenting on some of the most usual difficulties that come up during the implementation of BI applications in bank entities, and will give the key, on the other hand and by putting specific examples into practice, of the opportunities that Quiterian DDWeb can deliver to the business of Polish banks.

The Channel Manager of Quiterian in Europe, Francisco Viana, will participate in the event with a speech about new Business Intelligence (BI) trends, and will present a case study about the usage given to Quiterian DDWeb within a banking entity. By putting Quiterian DDWeb’s advanced and predictive analytics techniques into practice in real time, the attendants will learn how is it possible to discover cross and up selling opportunities, to find out which customers are the most profitable ones and which are the best products to recommend to each customer and through which channel to do it, or even to predict the customer attrition, within a few seconds.
