iWorkflow is Dynamic Data Web’s new module which enables its users to automate tasks, to optimize the business rules, to systematize processes and to make collaborative decisions that boost business productivity and efficiency.
The system, starting from data analysis in real time (the analytics engine examines the whole system (up to once every minute), monitors key factors, detecting variables out of the expected value or putting predictive analysis techniques into practice, triggering then the appropiate actions. This is translated into a greater capability of organizations to respond to key questions of the business and to predict and anticipate to any factor, predicted or not predicted, and therefore, to reduce risks.
On the other hand, iWorkflow permits –through its tasks planner- to distribute the analysis results in a programmed way, and promotes a collaborative decision-making by fixing business rules, actions and roles. This way, when an action is triggered through an event or date, users who are involved in the processes intervene in those processes according to the program in order to move forward to the next step.
