Quiterian, leading European developer of Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics and Data Mining tools seeks Senior Account Executive to develop new business and achieve new accounts in the North East region.
Requirements:
- Solid experience of selling Business Intelligence or Analytics applications or services
- Solution selling skills and capabilities including the ability to identify business opportunities that our
software will address in the market
- Excellent interpersonal skills to initiate and maintain executive level interaction
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, driven and able to produce results and new business
- Strong phone capabilities, networking and organizational skills
Reporting to the VP Sales of U.S. based in Los Angeles, this position will be responsible for:
- Driving development of new accounts and business opportunities and achieve news accounts in the U.S.
- Managing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners in order to identify and progress business opportunities
- Develop and capitalize on industry knowledge and contacts to uncover business opportunities
- Achieving personal sales objectives team sales objectives towards the overall team quota
Desired Skills & Experience
- Technical aptitude – preferably in Business Intelligence, Analytics or other closely related applications
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong strategic-selling skills
- Capable of traveling up to 40% of the time
- At least 3 years experience in software sales

Quiterian, Ibérica Alterian’s BI division, is seeking for its Madrid office a Technical Consultant for dynamic data analysis environment implementation projects for government (administration, health, safety, transport, etc.) and key accounts (banking, insurance, telecoms, retail, etc.).
Duties:
The features of these dynamic data analysis projects require a technical background to perform the following tasks:
- Install the tool in different environments (physical or virtual servers) and architectures (Client-Server, Terminal Service, Citrix, Web environment).
- Define load scripts from different environments (SQL, Oracle, etc.) to create an analytical data repository.
- Develop small software components (Visual Basic, Net) to add new functionalities to load and transformation processes.
