Crossing and analyze external and internal data

The constant evolution being experienced by Information and Communications Technologies is transforming the world, particularly in terms of pressure increase to step productivity up, costs reduction, quality boost, etc.

Information Office is a support service for senior management offices inside organizations, for the implementation of competitive intelligence. With BIRT Analytics’s Data Mining and Predictive Analysis techniques, organizations optimize the process of exploiting and analyzing information and thus enhance their competitivity.

The information office service portfolio can be summarized as follows:

1. Information repository’s maintenance, with high data quality and availability (collection and regular updating of various sources, physical and logical audits, data security and access assurance).
2. Answers to unexpected questions. Using a defined protocol, providing the organization with a service for a quick response to unforeseen questions.
3. Surveillance: systematic control and collection of relevant information about the organization's environment and production of regular reports featuring key aspects to be included in the organization’s decision-making.
4. Indicators spreading. Definition and distribution of the organization’s indicators (as well as benchmarking).
5. Consulting reports: improvement suggestions, threats, opportunities, risks, trends, etc.
